Terms of Service.

Last updated 17 July 2026

This service archives videos you like on YouTube into a Notion database you control. It is a free personal project operated by Will Wong. By using it, you agree to what follows.

What the service does

You sign in with Google and connect a Notion database. The service then periodically checks the videos you have liked, downloads them, and files them into your Notion database, so you keep a copy that survives the original being removed. Once a video is archived, the service removes your like from it on YouTube so your Liked feed stays manageable — that is the only change it makes to your YouTube account. What we store is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your archive is for your own personal reference. You are responsible for how you use the videos you archive; do not redistribute or publicly share content you do not have the right to. Downloading content may be restricted by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you use this service on that understanding.

YouTube

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information about how we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy, and Google's own privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Your account

You are responsible for your own Google account and for the activity that happens through it here. You may revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which ends your use of the service immediately and completely.

Acceptable use

Use the service only to archive videos from accounts you own or are authorised to access, for your own personal reference. Do not attempt to access another person's data, disrupt the service, work around its rate limits, or use it in any way that breaches the YouTube Terms of Service or applicable law.

Availability

The service is free and provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued existence. It depends on the YouTube Data API and on Notion, and will stop working if either becomes unavailable. It may be changed or discontinued at any time, without notice.

No warranty, and limits

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The statistics shown are derived from what the YouTube API returns and may be incomplete or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above will change with them. Continuing to use the service means accepting the current version.
